Overview
Wellnest Health needed its website and Mind & Body booking app to work as hard as its clinicians did — supporting patients, practitioners and back-office staff without duplicating effort across three audiences. The scope covered digital transformation, Mind & Body configuration, and the social and training rollout that came with it.
Findings
Validated personas built with current and former customers, clients and clinicians shaped every decision that followed — from how services were described to how appointments were booked. The redesign aimed to lift website traffic, improve booking conversion, and keep the experience aligned with Wellnest's evidence-based approach to care.
