Overview

MKAir, a commercial HVAC installation business, ranked well in search but its website content didn't say who the business was actually for. The result: a steady stream of residential enquiries the business was never set up to service, alongside the risk of losing the large commercial builds that were its real strength.

Approach

The fix wasn't a redesign for its own sake — it was making MKAir's commercial expertise unmistakable on first glance, so the site attracted and converted the customers it was built to serve instead of filtering them out after the enquiry had already cost time and goodwill.
