Creativity creates problems, and experience designers solve them. Rather than treating this as a single brief to close out, the engagement with Untitled Group became about process maturity — redefining how the work gets scoped and delivered, not just producing the next deliverable.

Outcome

The value showed up in the questions it raised as much as the artefacts it produced: is solving the challenge in front of you sometimes a narrower job than the one the client actually needs done? Staying open to that question kept the engagement useful long after the original brief was finished.
